2) add a random number with 1-5 digits to it (lets say 2156), now we have P0418091179465
3) goto http://camera-adaptor.support.playstation.com/
4) say your not a robot

5) enter your newly calculated serial number-

6) fill in your details-

7) click submit and your done- enjoy !
