Does stuttering happen with all versions of Adrenaline? Did you try early versions from here:

Can't test at the moment, but have you tried:

1. One of the Vita overclocking plugins and force CPU to 444 Mhz. Does it reduces or worsens the stuttering?
2. Format SD card to FAT32?
